Day 1

Today I stuck pretty well to 1000 calories, i went over by 41 but did an ab and leg exercise before going to bed so i think it evened out.

Breakfast
Vegetable juice - 100 cals
1/4 cup of blueberries - 21 cals

Lunch
Vege Soup - 170 cals

Snack
1/2 Mango - 70 cals
1/4 cup of raw mixed nuts - 180 cals

Dinner
Pea and sweet potatoe curry - 200 cals
Bread - 200 cals

+ 100 cals

= 1041

Will need to make sure that tomorrow i don't go over, either equal to or less than, preferably less than.

tomorrow commences the start of my own ABC diet, wishing myself luck, however i have no doubt i will be able to do it.
i'll be fine, the calorie level is large so i should be fine, as long as i keep it under 1300 which is what i try to eat normally i should be fine.. right?

my remodelled diet.

so i have had a look at this pro - ana ABC diet, and decided to do something like it, but because i row frequently i have added 500 cals onto every day, i know that may seem like a huge amount but for me it's not, i don't eat meat, i row and my parents watch me like a hawk these days, and so it's my remodelled ABC diet.

the beginning.

so i've heard writing it down can help, just getting your thoughts into the open. and so this is a start.

my current weight is

60 kgs

i would love to weigh

55 kgs

i used to weigh

63 kgs

so i think it's possible, i just have to really want it.
